1. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available for most serviceable pin codes across India. However, COD orders may require phone/SMS/WhatsApp confirmation before dispatch.
2. How long will my order take to arrive?
We usually deliver within 3–5 working days after dispatch. Metro cities may get faster delivery (2–3 days), while Tier 2/3 and remote areas may take a little longer.
3. Do you charge for shipping?
No! We offer Free Shipping Pan-India on all orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a small fee of ₹49 applies.
4. What if I receive a defective or wrong product?
Don’t worry — if you receive a defective or wrong item, you can request a return within 3 days of delivery. Please make sure to provide a full unboxing video for approval.
5. Can I exchange my T-shirt for a different size or design?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You can request a return (if eligible), get a refund, and then place a new order with your preferred size/design.
6. How do I know which size to order?
Each product page has a detailed size chart. We recommend checking it before placing your order. If you’re between two sizes, pick one size up for a relaxed fit.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Netbanking, Wallets, and COD (Cash on Delivery).
8. How do I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by emailing us at urbanaurawear013@gmail.com or WhatsApp on +91 8871691219. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
